How to Order
To ensure your research materials are dispatched efficiently, please follow these steps:
Place Order: Select materials and proceed to checkout. Ensure shipping details are accurate.
Select Payment: At checkout, choose “Manual Payment.” After clicking “Complete Order,” your confirmation page will display our payment handles for Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal (Friends & Family).
Submit Payment: Send the exact order total.
CRITICAL: In the payment app “Memo/Note” field, only include your Order Number (e.g., #1055). Never write “Peptides,” “Research,” or product names to avoid account flagging.
Verification: Our billing team will manually match your transfer to your order (typically within 1–4 business hours during standard business days). You will receive an email confirmation once verified.
FAQ: Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept manual payments via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal (Friends & Family). Instructions are provided post-checkout.
Why is my order status still “Pending”? As we utilize manual payment verification, a team member must physically reconcile the transfer. This occurs within 1–4 business hours during business days. Orders placed after hours or on weekends will be processed the following business morning.
What should I include in payment notes? Only your Order Number. Mentions of research materials can lead to account suspension for both parties.
Shipping & Tracking
How long is processing and shipping? Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours of verification. Standard shipping is 3–5 business days; Priority is 1–3 business days.
Is packaging discreet? Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked mailers with no reference to product names or research chemicals.
Do you ship internationally? No, we currently ship strictly within the United States.
Policies & Legal Compliance
1. Research Use Only (RUO)
All products are provided strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic applications. Buyers warrant they are affiliated with a research institution and possess the expertise to handle these materials safely.
2. Final Sale Policy
Due to the sensitivity of research materials and the necessity of maintaining a controlled chain of custody, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours at [buckeyepeptides@gmail.com] with your Order Number and photographic evidence for review.
Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before a tracking number is generated. A 20% processing fee may apply.
3. Indemnification
By purchasing from this site, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buckeye Peptides from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from product misuse, negligence, or failure to comply with local/federal regulations.
